Jack Raflik Day 1995

On January 27, 1995, my dad, Jack Raflik, was presented the document pictured below by Mayor of Milwaukee, John Norquist. It was not announced to the public in any way, nor were there any festivities. But whether anybody knew about it or not, it WAS OFFICIAL! A holiday named after my dad. Who wouldn't be proud of that?
